What value credit can I get?
The following categories will receive a $50 Member Exclusive Store Credit:

The following categories will receive a $30 Member Exclusive Store Credit:

- Baby Members
- AFLW Full Season Members (2026)
The following categories will receive a $25 Member Exclusive Store Credit:
- Flexi Members
- International Members
- Pet Members
The following categories will receive a $20 Member Exclusive Store Credit:
- AFLW 2 Game Members (2026)
- 2 Game Members
Junior Members will receive $40 Member Exclusive Store Credit, in addition to their core member pack which needs to be redeemed through the Member Exclusive Store.

Can all memberships receive a membership card & pack?
The following Memberships are eligible to receive a card & pack:
- 11 Game Reserved Seat Members
- 11 Game Essential Power Members
- 11 Game GA Members
- Victorian 11 Game Members
- Interstate Members
- Victorian (5 Game) Members
- 2 Game Members
- 3 Game Members
- Country Members
- 6 Game Members
- Flexi Members (card will not permit access to games - ticketing will be mobile)
- Junior Members
- Baby Members (certificate only)
- AFLW Members (pack will not include a membership card - ticketing will be mobile)
The following memberships will only receive a membership pack (there is no need to opt in):
- Club Members
- SANFL Members
- Life Members
Junior Members will receive a core member pack (to be redeemed through the Member Exclusive Store) in addition to $40 Member Exclusive Store Credit.
Baby Members will receive a certificate in addition to $30 Member Exclusive Store Credit.

When will I receive my member exclusive store credit?
Members will automatically be assigned an account on the 'Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Store' and their credit added to the account.
You will receive an email to activate your account and login after renewing or purchasing a membership. Accounts will be created from November 2025.
When will I receive my membership pack?
AFL membership packs will be mailed from late November 2025. You can expect to receive your membership pack within 14-24 business days after the processing and shipment of packs has begun.
In order to receive your pack before Christmas 2025, you will need to renew & opt in for a pack before 21 November, 2025.
What if I change my mind?
If a member selects mobile (Member Exclusive Credit) and then changes their mind, the Card & Pack will only be provided if the credit has not been used. Credit will be cancelled and a card and pack will be issued.
If a member selects Card & Pack and then changes their mind to mobile, Member Exclusive Credit will only be provided if the Card & Pack has not already been sent by our mail house.
Where can I use my credit?
The Member Exclusive Credit can only be redeemed through the 'Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Store'. Members will be emailed information on how to access.
Please note - credit cannot be used at the Port Store.
When does my credit expire?
All 2026 credit will expire 31 August 2026.
What can I use my credit on?
Your credit can be used on a wide variety of products from the Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Store. These items are only available for members to purchase, and are different from stock available in the Port Store.
Credit cannot be transferred to cash or used against membership, hospitality or at The Precinct at Alberton.
