Port Store Voucher & Membership Pack FAQs

The following categories will receive a $50 Port Store voucher (excluding juniors):

• 11 Game Reserved Seat Members
• 11 Game Essential Power Members
• 11 Game GA Members
• Victorian 11 Game Members

The following categories will receive a $30 Port Store voucher (excluding juniors):

• No Game Access Members
• 3 Game Members
• Country Members
• 6 Game Members
• Interstate Members
• Victorian Members

Pet, Baby and Junior members will automatically receive a membership pack. There is no option to receive a Port Store voucher for these products.

Members with a “We are Port Adelaide” upgrade are not eligible to receive a Port Store voucher as the membership is already discounted. If members with a “We are Port Adelaide” upgrade would like to receive a Port Store voucher they will need to purchase the full priced SANFL home game membership.

Members with a “Companion Card” ticket are not eligible to receive a Port Store voucher as the membership is provided complimentary.

Club 1870 Members will not receive a Port Store voucher or Card & Pack for the complimentary SANFL membership included in their package. If a Club 1870 member selects Card & Pack, they will receive a card only.

2 Game members will receive a Port Store voucher only. There is no option to receive a card and pack.

Auskick members are not eligible to receive a PAFC card & pack or Port Store voucher. Auskick members will need to purchase a PAFC Junior membership to receive the card & pack.

Members will be emailed their unique Port Store voucher code. Codes will be emailed on a weekly basis from Friday 8 December, 2023.

AFL membership packs will be mailed from late November 2023. You can expect to receive your membership pack within 14-24 business days after the processing and shipment of packs has begun.

In order to receive your pack before Christmas 2023, you will need to renew & opt in for a pack before 27 November, 2023.

If a member selects mobile (Port Store Voucher) and then changes their mind, the Card & Pack will only be provided if the voucher has not been used. Vouchers will be cancelled and a card and pack will be issued.

If a member selects Card & Pack and then changes their mind to mobile, a Port Store voucher will only be provided if the Card & Pack has not already been sent by our mail house.

Vouchers can be used at The Port Store online, in store at Alberton or at Adelaide Oval on game day. Full amount must be used in one transaction.

All vouchers expire 30 September 2024.

Your voucher can be used on products from The Port Store. Excludes memorabilia items, sale items, The Archives Collection and Heritage 'Lace Up' or Woolen Prison Bar guernseys and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Voucher cannot be transferred to cash or used against membership, hospitality or at The Precinct at Alberton.
