Eligible Members will automatically be assigned an account on the ‘Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Hub’ and their credit will be added to the account.
You will receive an email to activate your account after renewing/purchasing a membership. Accounts will be created from Wednesday 19th November 2025.
AFL Core Packs will be mailed from late November 2025. You can expect to receive your membership pack within 3-4 weeks of when the processing and shipment of the packs has begun.
In order to receive your pack before Christmas 2025, you will need to renew and opt in for a pack before Monday 1st December 2025.
If a member selects mobile (Member Exclusive Credit) and then changes their mind, the membership pack will only be provided if the credit has not been used. Credit will be cancelled and a membership pack will be issued.
If a member selects membership pack and then changes their mind to mobile, Member Exclusive Hub credit will only be provided if the membership pack has not already been sent by our mail house.
The Member Exclusive Hub credit can only be redeemed through the 'Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Hub'. Eligible members will be emailed information on how to access their credit.
Please note - credit provided for the Member Exclusive Hub cannot be used at the Port Store.
All 2026 credit will expire 31 August 2026. Unused credit will not roll over to next season.
Your credit can be used on a wide variety of products from the Port Adelaide Member Exclusive Hub. These items are only available for members to redeem or purchase, and are different from stock available in the Port Store.
Credit cannot be transferred to cash or used against membership, hospitality or at The Precinct at Alberton.
If you have multiple memberships within the same account, Member Exclusive Hub credit will be combined within the one login. The credit breakdown per membership product can be found here.
After placing an order, members can expect to receive an email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Members using their allocated credit through the Member Exclusive Hub will have postage fees applied at checkout.
Through the Member Exclusive Hub, some items (e.g. lunch box, boot bag, pencil case and mug) can be personalised. To customize the items, simply enter your name within the provided text box on the product page which can be submitted when adding the item into your cart.
