Nic Eldridge
Nic has been a Port supporter from an early age. His great-uncles played for Port Adelaide in the 1950s, so it was inevitable that he'd follow Port. He was lucky enough to witness the 2004 Premiership live and is a regular attendee at games, now attending with his teenage sons. Coming from a design and branding background, Nic has held various leadership positions throughout his career. His reason for joining the Member Advisory Group is to put his expertise to work, ensuring the Club's identity is treated as the unique asset that it is.

Luke Michailescu
Growing up and attending every game became a tradition for Luke, who now continues this with his own family. Luke has been a Member since he was born and has fond memories of attending matches at Football Park. Luke works in marketing and commercial strategy with a background in product development and management. Luke is passionate about the relationship between the Club and its Members and wants to ensure that the Member voice is treated as a valuable asset.

Mathan Ramasamy
Mathan is a technology leader in Victoria with experience in stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivering outcomes in complex environments. Mathan has also spent time coaching and supporting local sporting clubs. When Mathan relocated from Malaysia for his studies, he discovered AFL and was drawn to Port Adelaide's identity. He is now a proud Interstate Member and attends matches in Victoria with his family. Passionate about multicultural representation and ensuring Port Adelaide remains inclusive and welcoming to fans from all backgrounds, Mathan wants to ensure that Member voice shapes Club decisions.

Jade Hastings
Jade has been a Port Adelaide Member ever since she was born and now holds fenceline seats at Adelaide Oval, attending every home game with her family. Jade is a historian working with some of South Australia's most significant cultural institutions with high community engagement incorporated in her day-to-day work. Jade sees the Member Advisory Group as an opportunity to give back to the Club and advocate for the role the Club plays not just on the field, but also in the wider community.

Kelly Leask
Kelly's passion for the Club started with her mum, a lifelong Port Adelaide supporter. Kelly is a Foundation Member who travels from McLaren Vale to attend matches with her son. Owning a family-operated business, Kelly also volunteers for Women in Agriculture groups and for local sporting clubs. Kelly brings a passion for increasing junior engagement to the Member Advisory Group and making AFL accessible for all.

Debbie Constable
Debbie is a regional Port Adelaide Member who comes with extensive leadership and business development experience. Growing up in NSW, she comes from an NRL background, but when Debbie was introduced to AFL she chose to support Port Adelaide and hasn't looked back since. Now the rest of her family are Port Adelaide supporters, attending as many games as they can. Debbie is passionate about giving back to the community and is excited to join the 2026 Member Advisory Group to proudly represent regional Members.

Tom Basso
As a Member since 2008 who attends every home game, Tom joins the Member Advisory Group to feel more connected to the Club and ensure Members feel engaged and informed. A Port Adelaide highlight for Tom was being able to travel to Shanghai to watch the Club play, as well as regularly travelling interstate to watch matches. Professionally, Tom is a writer, producer and broadcaster.

Jodie Turpin
Jodie is a loyal regional Member born on the Eyre Peninsula, who returned there to teach after living in Adelaide for 15 years. After 25 years in Whyalla, she now resides in Wallaroo. Port Adelaide has been her team for almost 50 years, throughout the Club's SANFL era right through to AFL inception, and she now attends as many matches as she can in Adelaide with her family. Coming from a teaching background, Jodie is passionate about advocating for regional Member access and ensuring the Club remains inclusive for Members with a disability. Jodie brings an authentic voice for all Club Members.

Warren Hoare
Warren's connection with Port Adelaide runs deep, having grown up around the Club from a young age. He has fond memories of attending SANFL Grand Finals, and in recent years, attending all matches at Adelaide Oval, countless interstate matches and even travelling to Shanghai. Warren is excited to join the Member Advisory Group to help provide balanced and constructive feedback to the Club's management with genuine, loyal, supporter-based thinking. Now retired, Warren has extensive senior management and leadership experience across Australia and internationally.

Kate Gilbert
Kate is a passionate and loyal Victorian-based Member who joined the Port Adelaide Victorian Supporter Group when she made the move from Adelaide to Melbourne. Now president, she attends the majority of the Club's Victorian matches and attends games at Adelaide Oval when she can. Kate cares deeply about Members feeling heard and wants to be a strong voice for Interstate Members. Professionally, Kate is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Consultant.

Shanna McGrath
Shanna is a freelance graphic designer who runs her own business with expertise in design, marketing, and social media. A lifelong Port Adelaide supporter thanks to her family, Shanna now attends every AFLW and AFL game in Adelaide. Shanna wants to bring a modern perspective to the Member Advisory Group and contribute an AFLW voice to conversations.

Kirsty Degabriele
Kirsty is a lifelong third-generation Port Adelaide supporter who grew up around Alberton, the Club deeply woven into Kirsty's family life and identity. Football has always been central to that connection, with family members playing for Port Adelaide Magpies and Kirsty herself captaining the Port Adelaide Magpies SAWFL team, playing over 200 games across SAWFL, SANFL and National Championships. Kirsty is a Social Worker with more than 20 years' experience across mental health, community services, leadership and governance. Kirsty is proud to join the Member Advisory Group and is committed to ensuring Members have a voice in the Club's future while preserving the values and traditions that make Port Adelaide special.

Justin Leckie

Grace Miller
Grace is a proud Aboriginal woman and a lifelong Port Adelaide Member who grew up around Alberton. Her love for the Club was instilled by her family from a young age and her Port Adelaide passion has only grown since then. Grace brings a wealth of experience in governance, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy. Grace joins the Member Advisory Group to ensure Port Adelaide continues to strengthen the connection with the community, particularly for First Nations Members and supporters. Grace looks forward to bringing her lived experience, cultural knowledge, and deep love for the Club to the Member Advisory Group.
