How to redeem - Member Exclusive Hub

Eligible members will be sent a Welcome Email from the Member Exclusive Hub. This email contains a link to activate your account. Click the link and select “Create password” to begin. A pop-up will appear asking for your email address. Enter the username shown in your Welcome Email, then create a password to complete your account setup.

Once your account has been successfully created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link that will take you into the Member Exclusive Hub so you can begin building your membership pack.

Now that you’re in the Member Exclusive Hub, you’ll be able to redeem your credit, and/or build your Junior pack. Click ‘Get Started’.

If you don’t have any Junior Packs, you can browse all available items by clicking ‘Get Started’ from the home page. From here you can shop available items and experiences using your credit and add them to your cart.

If you have a Junior Pack, you’ll be taken to the Junior Packs screen. Select from one of the options for each Junior Pack in your account by clicking the price underneath your selected option. Once you’ve selected options for any available Junior Packs, click ‘Start Shopping’ at the bottom of the screen.

Once you’ve made your Junior Pack selection, you can browse all available items by clicking ‘Get Started’ from the home page. From here you can shop available items and experiences using your credit and add them to your cart.

Some products offer complimentary personalisation. When viewing an eligible item, enter your chosen name in the personalisation field before adding it to your cart.

You can click the cart icon in the top-right corner at any time to review your selected items and check the total cost of your order. When you’re ready to finalise your order, select ‘Checkout’.

At checkout, check your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method. Any available credit will be applied at the final step of checkout. If there is a remaining balance from shipping and/or additional items, you will be prompted to enter payment details before completing your order.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to the nominated address. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your delivery or update the delivery details if needed.
