If you are an 11 game Reserved Seat member, you are encouraged to return your seat for sale when you can't attend a game.
This allows the Club to sell your seat and ensure the biggest crowds at our home games.
If your seat sells successfully, you will receive a credit towards your 2025 membership.
The seat return program is open to Reserved Seat (11 game) Members only. General Admission Members and Western Stand Open Choice Members are unable to return their seat.
Members who sit within the Cheer Squad section are unable to return their seat.
Any membership that is provided complimentary by the Club (e.g. Life Members) can return seats but will receive no credit in return.
Hospitality and coterie members are unable to return their seat, but are encouraged to transfer seats if they cannot attend a game.
Seats can only be returned through the Port Adelaide Official App or via the Member portal on am.ticketmaster.com/portadelaide

You can return your seat as soon as the mobile ticket is available in your membership account on the Port Adelaide Official App, until 9am the business day prior to our next home game at Adelaide Oval.
For example, seat return will close 9am on Friday for a Sunday game, 9am on Thursday for a Friday game etc.
Once you have returned your seat for a game, your barcode will be cancelled for the game and you will not be able to attend.
Credit is only provided if the seat has been returned and is sold through Ticketek.
The value of each credit is determined by membership price and location, not by Ticketek price and ticket type (adult, junior, concession).
A maximum of $20 will be offered per game to Western Stand members who return their seat.
Your credit will be applied to your 2025 membership renewal automatically if your seat is sold for any game you return your seat for.
No. Once a seat has been returned for sale, whether it is sold or not, it cannot be re-instated by the member.
Your credit will automatically be applied when you renew for the 2025 season. It cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Your 2024 membership must be paid up in full before credit for 2025 will be applied.
Seats that are returned to the Club through the Seat Return program will be released for sale via Ticketek. They can be purchased here.
Your seat return credit is visible when you renew your 2025 membership. It will be on your renewal letter that is mailed out and your membership invoice in the member portal, here.

EasyPay Upfront Payment Plan members will have their credit automatically applied to the total of their 2025 membership.
EasyPay Monthly Payment Plan members will have their credit automatically applied after their first instalment is charged on October 10, 2024.
