Mobile Ticketing Tips

Make sure your mobile tickets are ready for the 2024 season!

Below are some handy tips if you are having issues accessing your mobile ticket(s).

  • Log out and log back in again to refresh your tickets.

  • If this doesn't work, delete the Port Adelaide Official app and re-download to your smart phone. This allows the app to completely refresh and update.

  • Make sure you're logging in using the same email address that you receive your membership emails to.

  • Save your mobile ticket to your Apple/Google Wallet on your smart phone to avoid issues on game day.

  • Ensure your phone isn't on dark mode, and the brightness is turned up for optimal scanning.

  • If you have upgraded to a Reserved Seat (GA & Essential Power Members) you will need to use your Ticketek issued ticket - not your membership ticket in the Port Adelaide Official App.

  • If you haven't logged in before, you may need to reset your password. Sometimes this works better through an internet browser rather than the app. Click here to access, then click "Forgot Password?" to reset.

  • If you aren't able to access your mobile ticket on game day, we'll have staff available at all home games. Visit the Member Services Team at the North, East or South Ticket Office at Adelaide Oval for assistance.
