Game Day & Ticketing FAQs
How do I access home games?
All game access members will have access to a mobile ticket in the Port Adelaide Official App. This can be used to scan in on game day. View our mobile ticketing guide here.
If you have opted in to receive a membership card & pack, you will be able to scan your membership card to gain entry on game day.
What time will gates open on game day?
Gates will open 2 hours before the game start time.
What if I don't have my mobile ticket or membership card?
You can speak to our membership staff at the South, East & North gates. They will be located in the ticket boxes (next to Ticketek staff) and can ensure you’ll be able to get into the game.
What if my card/mobile ticket won't scan in at the gate?
You can speak to our membership staff at the South, East & North gates. They will be located in the ticket boxes (next to Ticketek staff) and can ensure you’ll be able to get into the game.
I have a General Admission Membership, can I upgrade to a reserved seat?
Yes. You will be able to upgrade to a reserved seat at member's price using your member barcode on Ticketek. You will be informed via email when tickets will be on sale for the 2024 season.
I have upgraded to a reserved seat, how do I access my ticket?
If you have upgraded via Ticketek, your membership card or mobile ticket will no longer work. You will need to use the Ticketek issued ticket to scan in on game day.
I have a membership, do I have to book tickets on Ticketek?
No. You will be able to scan your membership card or mobile ticket to gain access on game day. If you would like to purchase additional tickets or upgrade to a reserved seat (General Admission Members), you will need to purchase via Ticketek.
Where are the General Admission areas at Adelaide Oval?

Can someone else use my membership ticket if I'm unable to attend?
Yes. We encourage you to pass your ticket on to someone else if you can’t attend so that we still have a packed out stadium on game day!
If a junior member can't attend, can an adult use their ticket?
Yes, however you will need to pay to upgrade this ticket to an adult for the day. This can be done on game day at the ticket box (via Ticketek staff).
What gate can I enter through?
Western stand members
- You can enter through any gate and cross over into the west, however it may be easier to enter through the members gate in the north
All other members
- You can enter through any gate (excluding the Western Stand Members gate in the north), however it may be more convenient to see which is closest to your seats.
